Originally from Long Island Mike has been in Western New York for over 30 years and has been writing songs since the day he first picked up a guitar. His early influences include, "The Beatles", "Pink Floyd", "Neil Young", "Joe Wash", "Jimmy Hendrix" and countless other classic rock artists.
     He began recording at an early age when a 16 track machine cost 16 thousand dollars!!  The onset of digital recording has forever altered the musical landscape making recording much more accessible and affordable.  Mike has put together what he calls "Deep Six Studios" and has produced a number of Cd's.
     His first, "In Good Time" was released in 2004, followed by "Safer Ground", "Deep Inside A Song" and just recently, "Must Have Been You"

They are a mix of acoustic and electric guitars, some keyboards and a touch of harmonica all topped off with Mikes soothing mellow voice.

      Mike is now setting his sights on video production and hopes to soon be producing more creative video's.
As for song writing that's an ongoing thing and you just never know where or when the next song will emerge.

Not much to say here, just thought I would stop by and show some respect to the other artists here. I've been producing music for about 4 years now, but have been playing bass, drums and anything that produces a note on and off for years. I am a by-ear artist that just plays whatever I feel. I've had music on Discovery Channel and had done small stuff for 97rock in the past.

Though I've never played in a band, a few of my songs have been licensed for television. To my surprise, the film companies wanted a list of the band members thinking a band had actually written and composed the songs. One of the things I enjoy is composing each track and then putting them all together. My music is composed and played through the length of each song and then mastered using Logic Pro and a Mac Liquid Cooled G5 with dual processors for a professional result.
