Sikotik
View Full Profile
Pioneering and revolutionizing experimental rock and electronica, Sikotik [Pronounced Psychotic] has paved a path for greatness through hard work and trial-and-error musical recording and performance.
Started in 2000 as a remixing and DJing side-project, Craig Keidel eventually started making songs of his own, to a different beat than that of his previous Industrial bands, Pure Fate & HyperPolaris. He focused on melody and the combination of multiple genres, such as the Classical Hip Hop track "Mansion On A Stormy Night", and the Spanish Acoustic Electro track "The Mexican Standoff". These tracks became available through a dual-CD release in 2006, Songs To Breathe By / Songs To Dream To, under the alias Sikotik. He is currently reworking his back catalogue and starting from scratch, currently working on an official debut album with music that truly suits his style.
Starting from scratch, Sikotik is still blending genres that are so radically different, the music becomes its own entity. In a phrase, Sikotik is "The continuous cycle of creation and destruction"
